Artur Vinglovskyi is a cross-border M&A, investments, and projects lawyer with 20+ years’ experience across complex acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, and debt restructurings. He also advises on government relations and regulatory strategy, helping clients navigate ministries and regulators, obtain approvals, and shape policy outcomes. 

Artur structures and executes public-private partnerships (PPPs)—including concessions and privatizations—guiding sponsors, lenders, and public authorities through procurement, risk allocation, tender processes, and contract negotiation (e.g., DBFO/BOT), and leading post-closing implementation.

His sector focus spans agriculture, energy, finance, infrastructure, and mining. Clients include commercial banks and other financial institutions, agricultural and mining companies, and global commodity traders. He has held senior in-house advisory roles, including Advisor to the COO of UkrLandFarming and to the CEO of Trade Agro Union, following earlier positions with PwC and Alfa-Bank.

Artur also maintains a robust disputes practice. He sits as arbitrator under ICC, LCIA, SCC rules and acts as counsel in high-value trade, finance, and investment disputes, including proceedings under GAFTA, FOSFA, ICC, LMAA, and SCC rules.

Over many years of practice in the field of law and international trade Denys Bakaiev has acquired the skill to rapidly and effectively respond to challenges and understand sophistications and risks that surround business on a daily basis.

In-depth expertise is built on practical skills acquired at leading law firms and in-house counselling at major agricultural and commodity traders. Profound knowledge gained in advanced higher education institutions. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Law in Ukraine and also successfully completed a master's program at the University of St. Thomas in the United States of America (approved by the American Bar Association).

Throughout his career, he has successfully represented clients in such institutional arbitrations as GAFTA, FOSFA, LCIA, LMAA, SCC and ITOTAM. Remarkably supported the execution of international sale and purchase contracts and conducted claims handling work under suppresive and challenging enviroment. His timely and tailor made advices coupled with risk allocation allowed to avoid and prevent significant number of disputes.

His main goal is to take actions aimed at pursuing the best interests of the clients, taking into account and strictly adhering to the rules of professional conduct.
